Pierre Heilbronn joins DataDriven Research & Consulting as a Senior Advisor

We are delighted to announce that Pierre Heilbronn is joining DataDriven Research & Consulting as a Senior Advisor.

Pierre brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of European affairs, international finance, investment and public policy. He most recently served as the French President’s Special Envoy for Ukraine’s Relief and Reconstruction from 2023 to 2025, after five years as Vice President for Policy and Partnerships and a member of the Executive Committee of the EBRD.

Throughout his career, Pierre has worked across government, European institutions and international financial institutions, bringing together public policy, international partnerships and private investment. His deep engagement with Ukraine and its economic and reconstruction agenda will further strengthen DataDriven Research & Consulting's work with companies, investors and institutions operating at the intersection of Ukraine, investment, reconstruction and international partnerships.
