This paper explores e-mobility as a structural shift for fuel station operators in Ukraine’s evolving mobility and energy landscape. With rapid EV adoption, growing infrastructure needs, and changing consumer behaviour, the market requires a redefinition of traditional fuel retail models. The document outlines key charging technologies, market dynamics, and user patterns, along with strategic pathways for operators to enter and scale in the charging ecosystem. It highlights the role of fast and ultra-fast charging, location strategy, and ecosystem expansion beyond forecourts.
