With strong solar potential and wartime energy disruptions, Ukraine is well-positioned to adopt Agri-PV, following trends driven by EU climate policy. It assesses viable Agri-PV technologies (e.g., fixed-tilt, dual-axis, translucent panels) and financial feasibility across farm scales. Three implementation models are presented: in-house projects, partnerships with developers, and farmer cooperatives.
